Use the "Quote a Group" eSales tool in your Blue Access for Producers℠ account . The quoting tool allows you to create quotes for our fully- and self-funded small group plans.

Gather Documentation
Go to Form Finder and work with your sales account executive to gather the following:
Benefit Program Application (BPA)
Business Associate Agreement (BAA)
Employer Group Information (EGI)
Administrative Service Agreement (ASA)
Stop-Loss Coverage Policy and Application
Submit an Enrollment Request
Smart Census Import Tool
Upload member enrollment, submit premiums, respond to requests and more.
After logging in to your account, click Group > Enroll a Group > Blue Balance Funded Group Enrollment. Instructions are on the e-Sales tools page.

Get Renewal Forms
Go to Form Finder. Click on Small Group from the left menu. You'll need to complete the following:
1. Benefit Program Application (BPA) Amendment
Use this to amend the original BPA:
- Adding new plans and keeping current ones
- Membership changes
2. Texas Department of Insurance Required Disclosure Notice
Only required when you add new HMO plans for the first time.
